What should I do if I have a problem with delivery?

We dispatch your BusterBox between the 14th and 17th of each month, usually the 15th. Delivery times can take up to 3 business days for Ireland and up to 3-7 business days for the UK.

If you paid after midnight on the 13th of the month you will receive the box next month, this gives us time to collect all order information and prepare the boxes for delivery.

Our cut-off is the 13th and the shipping date is the 15th of each month.

If you think you missed your delivery, don't worry! It's most likely your parcel is safe in your local post office.

We send out your tracking information as soon as the parcel is shipped. We use Fastway in Ireland and RoyalMail in the UK. Please contact the courier directly if there are any problems.
