Will you let me know when my BusterBox has shipped?

Yes! Our courier will send you an email confirming the shipment and providing a link to the tracking information.  If there are any issues you can always email us at [e-mail] and we will chase the postman, saving you and your dog the hassle!

Don't forget, your first box is shipped within a few days. All remaining boxes are shipped on the 15th of each month.

Due to the Christmas Holidays, any 1st box paid for from the 19th of December will be shipped the first week in January after the Christmas break. All remaining boxes will be sent on the 15th of each month.
