We will be sad to see you go, but you can turn off your auto-renewal at any time. Just log in to your account, go to the subscription page and select the option set to cancel.
If you have committed to a multi-month subscription and have boxes left to receive you will be charged for, and will be shipped the remaining boxes. Then upon completion of your original commitment, your subscription will automatically be cancelled.
E.G If you sign up for a 12-month subscription, set your account to cancel and have paid for 8 boxes, you will be charged for another 4 before your subscription finishes.
If you signed up on www.busterbox.com simply head there and click login in the top menu, enter the username and password you used when signing up.
If you joined BusterBox through a partner website such as MagicFreebies, LatestFreeStuff etc. then you will have a different login area found at www.busterbox.co.uk/login-area, simply enter your email here and you will be emailed a link to access the login area. Please note: this login area does not have the option to cancel, you can simply email bark@busterbox.com and our support team can assist you with cancellations.
Please remember we have to process subscriptions. You need to cancel 24 hours before your renewal to ensure you don't get charged.

I cancelled my box and yih keep trying to take monthly payments please stop as I am getting charges for declined payments
