You can turn off auto-renewal anytime by logging into your account.
How to Cancel:

If you signed up at www.busterbox.com:

Click Login in the top menu.

Enter the email and password you used to sign up.

Go to the Subscription page and select the Cancel option.

When you set your account to cancel, your subscription will automatically end after your final payment is processed.
Multi-Month Subscriptions:
If you're on a multi-month plan and still have boxes remaining:
-
You’ll continue to be charged for the remaining boxes.

We’ll ship them as usual.
-
Once your commitment is complete, your subscription will end automatically.
Example:
If you signed up for a 12-month plan, have received 8 boxes, and choose to cancel, you’ll still be billed for and receive the remaining 4 boxes. After that, your subscription will end.
Signed up via a partner site?
If you joined BusterBox through a partner (like MagicFreebies, LatestFreeStuff, etc.):

Enter your email, and we’ll send you a link to log in.
Note: This login area doesn't have a cancel option. Please email us at bark@busterbox.com, and our support team will help you cancel.
Important:
To avoid being charged for the next box, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

I cancelled my box and yih keep trying to take monthly payments please stop as I am getting charges for declined payments
Please confirm my box has been cancelled before I contact the ombudsman
Same is happening to me
I do not want to be tied into a 12 month rolling contact and I do not want my bank to be tried per month for payment.. I should be able to cancel this subscription anytime and I would like it cancelled before I contact the ombudsman. Thank you
