When will I be billed?

We like to keep things simple — but here’s exactly how billing works based on when you sign up:

🗓 If You Sign Up Between the 1st and 13th:

• You’ll be billed immediately for your first box.

• Your next billing date will fall on the 18th, 24th, or 30th of the same month (depending on your sign-up date).

🗓 If You Sign Up Between the 14th and 31st:

• You’ll also be billed immediately for your first box.

• Your next billing date will be on the 1st, 6th, or 10th of the following month.

The date of your second charge depends on how late in the month you signed up — we allow a little time for your first box to arrive before the next payment is taken.

🐶 Ongoing Billing & Renewals

• After your second payment, all future payments are due by the 13th of each month, as boxes are shipped on the 15th.

• All plans renew automatically at the end of your commitment period.
  For example, a 6- or 12-month plan will renew for another 12 months unless you’ve set your account to cancel.
