When do BusterBoxes ship?

We know your pup can’t wait — and neither can we!

• Your first box ships within a few days of placing your order.

• All future boxes are sent on the 15th of each month.

🗓 Important:
The last day to make payment is the 13th, as our trusty Labradors need a little time to pack everything perfectly!

If the 15th lands on a weekend, your box will ship either the Friday before or the Monday after.

📦 Delivery Times:

• UK: 3–7 business days

• Ireland: Around 3 business days

🐾 Ordering a bed?
Because beds take up more space in the delivery van, they might take a little longer to arrive, but we promise it’s worth the wait. Your pup is going to love their cosy new throne! 😍
