Your first box will be shipped within a week of your purchase. All remaining boxes will be shipped on the 15th of each month. Please keep in mind that the last date to make the payment is the 13th as our Labradors need time to pack your goodies.
If the 15th falls on a weekend then it will be sent on the Friday before or Monday after.
It usually takes up to 3-7 business days for UK and 3 business days for Irish deliveries.
Due to the beds taking up lots of room in the delivery van, delivery may take a little longer but trust us, it is worth the wait as your pup will love their new bed 😍
Due to the Christmas Holidays, any First Box paid for after the 19th will be shipped the first week in January after the Christmas break. All remaining boxes will be sent on the 15th of each month.
