Why Did My Subscription Renew?

BusterBox is a subscription service that automatically renews at the end of each cycle, just like most other subscription services. We do this to make sure that all our pack members don’t miss out on their next BusterBox filled with treats and toys! 🎁🐾

If you’d like to change or turn off auto-renewal, simply log into your subscription page and follow the on-screen instructions.

Please note:
If you’ve signed up for a multi-month subscription, you’ll still be charged for the remaining boxes if you cancel before the end of your commitment term.
