BusterBox is a subscription service that automatically renews at the end of each cycle, just like most other subscription services. We do this to make sure that all our pack members don’t miss out on their next BusterBox filled with treats and toys! 🎁🐾
If you’d like to change or turn off auto-renewal, simply log into your subscription page and follow the on-screen instructions.
Please note:
If you’ve signed up for a multi-month subscription, you’ll still be charged for the remaining boxes if you cancel before the end of your commitment term.

I canceled my subscription months ago but you are now taking payments out for a renewed monthy subscription, I do not wish to continue receiving boxes so can you please cancel my subscription now and confirm this is done , thank you
I cancelled several times, emailed you several times but you won’t cancel. Cancel asap. I cannot afford this as stated in emails sent in 2025!!!
